1. Introduction and Acceptance

Your use of the website, purchase of any products or services from us, and any other engagement with us are governed by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Warranties: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. • Use at Own Risk: Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that services or products meet your requirements.

3. Plans, Pricing, and Payment Structure

• Payment Structure (Pay-Per-Go): All plans are strictly Pay-Per-Go. No subscriptions or automatic renewals. Plans expire after the service term and must be repurchased.
• Purchasing Limits: Users may purchase plans or services any number of times without limitation.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise and may exclude fulfillment charges shown at checkout.
• Order Acceptance: For packaged paid plans, orders are accepted immediately upon successful payment, confirmed via email.

4. Service Fulfillment, Booking, and Refund Policy

This section governs the delivery of packaged plans and expert consultations.

A. Fulfillment of Paid Plans

• Delivery Channel: Services will be delivered via the WhatsApp number provided at purchase.
• Expert Assignment: A dedicated expert will be assigned within 1–2 business days.
• Company Delay Refund: If assignment is delayed beyond 2 business days, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• No User-Initiated Refund: No refund will be provided if cancellation is initiated by the user.

B. Booking Expert Sessions / Consultations

• Payment as Request: Full payment is required and places the booking in an “Awaiting Approval” status.
• Awaiting Approval: Email confirmation will be sent stating the booking is pending expert approval.
• Conditional Acceptance: Orders are accepted only after expert approval. We may cancel and refund before approval.
• Confirmation: Upon approval, email confirmation with Google Meet link and invoice will be provided.
• Expert Failure: If the expert fails to confirm or attend, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• No User-Initiated Refund: No refunds for user cancellations. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

C. Scope of Service and Non-Medical Disclaimer

• Consulting Purpose Only: All services are educational and informational only.
• No Clinical Practice: Services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
• No Substitute for Medical Care: Always seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions.

5. Data Privacy and Communication

• Privacy Policy: Personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.
• Communication: You consent to receive electronic communications including emails and phone calls.

6. User Account Obligations and Conduct

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in unlawful activities, transmit harmful code, or post offensive content.

7. Minor Users

Individuals under 18 may not enter into contracts without parental/legal guardian consent. Parents/legal guardians are deemed the contracting party and bear full responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel unauthorized transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Liability Limit: Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or session.
• Payment Decline: We are not liable for losses due to payment authorization decline.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from breach of these Terms.

9. External Links and Governing Law

• External Links: We are not responsible for third-party website content.
• Linking: Linking to our site without written consent is prohibited.
• Governing Law: Governed by laws of India. Courts in Amritsar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modification of Terms and Grievance Redressal

• Modification: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
